As disclaimer on the gifts that you recieve through the mail if you recieve something and it is damaged though the mail we are not responsible for this damage should it occur and can not replace any items as they are all unique and we only have one occassionally there will be more than one but even then it is rare. The people and bags they are very unique and are one of a kind. Once the shipping has been paid for the item it will be reomved from the page to show that it is no longer available and they are given on first come first serve basis. All items will be shipped out within a week of payment of shipping and handling if you would like to include insurance please let me know that as well so that i may include it in total price
